As Head of Design, I led the end-to-end redesign of Kantan’s digital ecosystem, introduced new design operations, and mentored teams through organisational change.

Driving Innovation at Brill.app
Award-winning, rapid note digitization, agile team
Brill.app set out to solve the problem of lost productivity after workshops, where professionals wasted hours manually digitizing handwritten notes and sticky notes.
As Product Design Lead & Co-founder, you led a small, agile team to design, build, and launch a mobile app that digitizes notes 200x faster than typing, with seamless export to tools like Jira, Trello, and Slack. You directed product vision, UX/UI, creative direction, and marketing while fostering close collaboration between design and engineering.
Brill.app was recognized by Apple as “App of the Day” (twice), featured as “New Apps We Love,” and won the 2020 Innovation Award. It launched on both iOS and Android within a year, earning acclaim for its speed, usability, and adaptability—especially as the team quickly pivoted features in response to the changing needs brought on by the pandemic.
